We have a special focus on preventing and rehabilitating injuries, such as back pain and disc issues, during our classes. Please let the instructor know about your problem and you will receive special modifications, tips and education to make the exercises beneficial for you.
Injury Prevention Physiotherapy Exercise - 45 minutes class with exercises to improve mobility, function and reduce pain.
Prenatal Physiotherapy Exercises - 55 minutes class with special focus on breathing, Pelvic Floor Function and delivery preparation.
Postnatal Physiotherapy Exercise - 55 minutes class with special focus on restoring Pelvic Floor Function. Bring your baby with with you (under walking age) - under your supervision.
Yoga - 55 minutes class
Pilates - 55 minutes class
